Brides, if your groom is set on wearing his old ratty shirt, a bottle of Deo-Go would make a great gift.

3 Reasons to Choose a Candy Bar Over of a Groom's Cake
Thanks to my new friends at The Superior Nut Company, I'm featuring candy! I'm so glad they contacted me with the idead because candy is one of my greatest passions. Just like their name implies, they are definitely superior to other candy companies and it only took a few bites of their excellent candies to taste the difference. After riding a sugar high all week, I've finally settled down enough to put together my thoughts and I have decided to encourage grooms to have candy INSTEAD of a groom's cake. Since I speak for the groom this argument might surprise you, but hang in there with me as we go over a few reasons to have a candy bar instead of a groom's cake.
1. Cake is Cake - Groom's, your bride has already carefully hand-picked the best cake possible, so do you really need more cake? Her cake is going to be huge, extremely delicious and beautiful, so opting for a candy bar gives you more variety.
2. Saves Money - A groom's cake can be a cool and funny inside look into your personality, but honestly its not really worth working into the overall "wedding plan." A candy bar on the other hand can double as decorations and favors for the guests, easily adding more to what your bride is trying to build. Lets face it, mason jars or color coded candies look way better than a hunting inspired three tiered cake bonanaza. And again gentleman, you're not sacrificing anything. You're simply trading an extra cake for LOTS of candy. With the candy working into your brides decor and favor plans, you'll be saving her time and money.
3. Left Overs - Last but definitly not least is pockets and pockets full of candy. You're not going to bring cake in your carry-on, but bags of candy will be your best friend. Whether its on your car ride away from the wedding, a midnight snack or a boredom fighter during long flights, you'll be glad you opted for the candy bar instead of a groom's cake.
There you have it ladies and gentlemen, three reasons why you should choose a candy bar instead of a groom's cake. Feel free to disagree, but first visit my friends at the Superior Nut Company. Be careful though, because I promise you'll be one step closer to starting your candy bar order.

Grooms Pocket: Pocket Square / Handkerchief
The handkerchief or pocket square is probably one of my favorite groom accessories. It is an excellent way to add personal touch and detailing to your groom's wear, but just as important its crucial for tears or sweat. This is why when selecting the right pocket square, be sure to consider the functionality. If its not designed to handle a sneeze or watery eyes, pass. Your wedding day pocket square is certainly a piece you'll carry the rest of your life, and it will only set you back a few bucks so why not?
