Top 10 Activities for Grooms at David's Bridal

10. Organize Your Cell Phone
- With everything our cell phones do these days, a trip to David's Bridal is a great opportunity to create new folders, delete needless messages, reply to e-mails, or buy a new game.

9. Workout - Finding time to exercise is extremely difficult, so take advantage of this errand. Try walking laps around the inside of the store, do a few push-ups between the aisls, or if you're carrying hundreds of brides maids dresses, start doing curls.

8. Save Spot in Line - If you've ever been to David's Bridal on a Saturday you know what I'm talking about! If  you're not going to be there too long gentlemen, as soon as you walk in save a spot in line.  If you're lucky, your bride will walk up JUST before its your turn.  This can be a life-saver!

7. Cry- Are you worried about crying at the wedding; what you'll look like and whether or not it will happen? You have just stepped in to a VERY cry safe zone. If you need help crying, try standing next to a weeping mother or grandmother.  If you're really feeling the moment go in for a hug.  If that doesn't work, start reading the price tags of various veils.

6. Check Yourself Out in the Mirrors - This is inevitable. With so many mirrors around you are bound to check out your gut and hair. Don't fight the urge guys, just give in.

5. Pretend You Work There - Go around asking brides and their friends if they need any assistance. See where that takes you...

4. Hide-N-Seek - David's Bridal is full of great hiding places. However, your bride probably plans to be there a lot longer than you can imagine so this actually turn into a game of Hide-N-She-Wont-Care.

3. Sleep - To ensure brides stay as long as possible this store is designed to be comfortable, enjoyable and peaceful. This makes it the perfect place to catch up on some Z's!  With comfortable chairs, air conditioning and soft lighting, you'll be fast asleep in no time!

2. Start a Support Group - They'll be there, other helpless grooms, sitting, waiting. You'll recognized the exasperated face and cold sweat.  This is a perfect chance to vent, laugh and relate with other grooms.

And the number one thing for grooms to do at David's Bridal......

1. Bathroom Break - FINALLY, one place where the woman's bathroom HAS to be worse then men's!  Without other guys knocking on the door making you hurry;  10 mins, 30 mins, an hour.. bring a magazine and enjoy the free-time guys.

And There you have it, happy grooming gentlemen.

Your Groom,
Ben

  3. Has anyone seen a Rose Petal pink sash to match David's Bridal colors?
For my wedding in March, my bridesmaids are wearing rose petal ( a light pink) dresses by David's Bridal. I have an Alfred Angelo (style 1816) dress that I'm going to add a pink sash around the waist. I want them to match as good as possible. David's only has the floor length ribbon in that color. Has anyone seen a similar color by another company? Thanks!
